Emily A.R. Oluoch leads Project Prom AC into its next chapter — expanding the organization from an annual prom initiative into a year-round platform for
youth empowerment.
As Executive Director and Chair, Emily oversees organizational strategy, partnerships, fundraising, programs, community engagement, and the long-term growth of the organization.
Her vision is to build a model where fashion becomes a gateway to confidence, mentorship becomes a pathway to opportunity, and community investment creates lasting impact.
Under her leadership, Project Prom is expanding its reach to serve every student, including ALL, while building programs that extend well beyond prom night.
